Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 01473 276431 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.
 
Important Note: The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

I did put it in a box and they did send the returns label through the post as they didn’t want it done through eBay’s returns service. Having said all of this, the person I spoke to (Steve) was very polite, responded straight away and the clock was returned for a full refund.     Love my new Henry just as much as my other that I have in the workshop n the gym. Lovely little workhorses with good dust bag capacity.

    Over the years I’ve purchased 5 Henry’s. This one being the 5th. I still have 3 of them. One in the workshop one in the gym and now the new one in the house. This seems more compact. Suction power is great, store your tools on board These vacuum cleaners are great little workhorses. They are akin to how Hoover used to manufacture theirs quality wise years ago. I’ve had the cordless Dyson and the Shark. Don’t even waste your mo ey on those two. They’re a joke. Henry does what it says on the tin. Stores away in the cupboard nicely too. Bargain of the year thus far.

    Lightweight and good suction

    Very powerful and light to carry. But quite fragile feeling and the 'head' did not always touch the floor adequately. I have an old Henry and that is more robust. But the suction is very good and it is an effective Vacuum Cleaner . Could be more robust.

    Fabulous

    Fabulous little hoover! I was using a stick vacuum, thought it was OK but suddenly it wasn't picking up well. My cat had fleas and I was trying to vacuum the bed and the settee when I noticed how weak it was. I only have a small storage cupboard and the larger Henry was too big - this one just fits. The suction is incredible - it actually picked up the duvet, I had to lessen the power (easily done). It made me realise how poor my previous vacuum had been. On-board tool storage, easy wind in cord; I'm short so only use one tube. Love it, wish I'd got it sooner. Great delivery, too!

    Replaced original Henry of 20 years.

    Replaced original Henry that was 20 years old. Still have a Henry 10 years old we keep in the garage for cleaning cars. Wanted same 1200 watt power not 600 watt which new cleaners are restricted so taking twice as long to clean the home. The refurbished Henry is polished, looking like new and came ready to use with filter and bag inside. The new tools are new in a sealed bag. If our 10 year old Henry does not outlive me I shall purchase another from this seller!

    Suck it up with this great hoover. Simply helps you get the job done!

    Great range of tools and great suction power. Carpets feel really wonderful to walk on, lovely clean feel. Easy to set up and get started. The hose and pipe are perfect length which I find help with the stairs and also getting rid of spider webs in the corners of the ceiling. Wonderful value at a superb price, highly recommended!
